Many organizations start by diagnosing structural weaknesses in the church. We start by strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and relational well-being of the leader—because a spiritually renewed leader naturally fosters a healthy church.
“More Than Just Another Leadership Program”
We don’t believe in quick fixes, surface-level strategies, or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead of just teaching new management techniques, we walk alongside pastors to help them rediscover their identity, renew their energy, and lead from a place of spiritual strength and creativity.
“If Strategies Haven’t Worked, It’s Time to Start with the Heart”
Many pastors have tried leadership training, read books, and implemented church growth strategies—yet they still feel exhausted and disconnected. That’s because healthy churches are built on healthy leaders. Spiritual health isn’t just a component of leadership—it’s the foundation.
“Culture Change Begins with the Inner Life”
Systems and strategies only take a church so far. If a leader’s soul is weary, the church’s culture will reflect that. We equip pastors to prioritize their own renewal, because when leaders lead from spiritual overflow, their churches naturally become places of transformation. Only after centering your communion with Christ do we help you develop habits and systems to keep the main thing the main thing.
“You Can’t Lead Well If You’re Running on Empty”
Church leadership is not just about vision-casting, planning, or organizing ministries. It’s about being deeply rooted in Christ. If you’re exhausted and feel like you’re just managing tasks, it’s time to focus on what matters most—your spiritual health.
Our Mission:
We exist to seed renewal in the culture through the church by providing local churches with leaders whose Christlikeness is undeniably compelling even to an increasingly secular culture.
Our culture is becoming increasingly inattentive (at best) and outright hostile (in places) to the church, her leaders, her message, and her way of life, and current options for training and supporting church leaders are not keeping up with todays challenges.
Too many prioritizes organizational skill over spiritual health. The results are that pastoral burnout and moral failure is at an all-time high and public trust in Christian leaders is eroding.
Most colleges, universities, and seminaries charge outrageous tuition to pack heads full of knowledge and ambition but fail to instill habits that root daily life in communion with Jesus or help people develop the character it takes to move their dreams to reality.
The Name, “Shema”
comes from our biblical foundation. It is a prayer found in Deuteronomy 6 that Jesus later names as key for knowing our true identity as we come to love God and do God’s will.
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one.
You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.
— The "Shema" | Deuteronomy 6:4-5
“You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.
— Jesus Christ | Matthew 22:37-40
