PERSONAL MENTORING

we draw from DEEP WELLS OF CHRISTIAN wisdom to help you develop habits that close the gaps between your beliefs and your daily life.

Our program challenges you beyond your current skills, and gives you relational, emotional, and structural tools to improve. It is a rigorous course that instills the wisdom, creativity, and resilience demanded by our shifting cultural contexts.

Our Program is Ideal For

  • Business People and Creatives who see their work as a Mission for the glory of God

  • Part-Time, Bi-Vocational, or Volunteer Ministers

  • Current Ministers who feel lost in the changing cultural landscape

  • College Students or Graduates who need to strengthen their character and knowledge for 21st century realities

  • Those who cannot afford or are disillusioned by the University system

For Current Apprentices:

In contrast to many programs, we do not spend half a decade filling your head with information  then leave you to figure out how to translate and integrate all the info you've forgotten into daily life and an actual job. We give personal mentoring, spiritual direction, and accountability in the middle of the messiness of a real world full of real people immersed in actual working environments. The focus is helping you continue your spiritual formation by becoming someone who can endure hardship and shape an environment to the glory of God.

Over time, we help you stack good habits that help you do more of what matters and less of what does not, cutting out what stresses and distracts you from God, your true identity, and your calling.

We measure not what we do, but the outcomes of those we pour into. Here is some of what our people have accomplished:

  • Revisioned and structured a local church's music ministry as an intentional discipleship lifestyle instead of just a program.

  • Envisioned and funded 3 years of community development work in the Dominican Republic.

  • Created and evangelistic podcast the communicates the faith in a compelling way to hostile to faith.

  • Wrote a sci-fi novel that uses an alien environment to help people notice things about the deep nature of creation.

  • Composed an album made of sounds recorded entirely on the Pacific Crest Trail.

Julius Obregón Jr.

“Graduating college and stepping right into full-time church ministry, I soon realized to pastor well I needed a Christian discipleship that integrated my passion with discipline. As we went through the rhythms and practices of the program, I came to see how prayer, scripture, worship, and fasting were actually connecting my passion to meaningful hard work.”
